Thames Energy Limited undertakes
feasibility studies, design specifications, project supervision
and final account for building engineering services
installations for all types of buildings. The company
specialises in the design of energy efficient housing schemes
for the public housing and private sector.
As part of our design philosophy
we encourage full participation from clients and tenants towards
the development of an agreed scheme before contact
specification. A team of highly experienced engineers use up to
date computer software including Autocad and Hevacad
suite of programs as an aid to the design and drawing process.
They provide technical advice on all aspects of cost control and
engineering contract management to the JCT and the ACE model
forms of industry standard contracts.
